Returns/Exchanges

For returns and/or exchanges please email support@HomespunTrades.com within 7 days of receiving your item (based on USPS tracking number). Please remember to include your order number.

Unworn and unwashed products may be returned with original tags still attached. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Products must be received in original condition as sent out to receive refund or exchange. All items will be inspected before refund is issued - so please package carefully! 

Please note all custom, made to order, and  pre-orders are final. Returns are not accepted for these specialized items. Cancellations or changes to custom, made to order, and pre-orders are not accepted after 72 hours time of order placed.

Shipping

All ready to ship pieces are mailed 48-72 hours after payment is received, Monday-Friday. Items are shipped First Class (as long as weight permits) through USPS.

All blanket orders are shipped Priority Mail with a complimentary signature confirmation added. 

Turnaround time for all custom made and pre-order pieces are written in said listings when available.

HomespunTrades cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Any packages marked as delivered by USPS, but are not received are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office. Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. For international customers, please be advised that HomespunTrades is not responsible for any potential customs fees.

Terms of Use

Our products are items which should be treated with care. Please do not leave products unattended around pets or small children as HomespunTrades cannot be held responsible for damage done by curious hands or paws.
